The apex of intelligence

Know first. Be found first.

Walk into every client meeting knowing their business. Win the deal by showing them how to grow.

Enter a company URL. Haycion builds the intelligence and deploys an AI agent that represents them across Claude, ChatGPT and more—improving how buyers discover and perceive them, and reporting back what it learns.

24/7The market, watched around the clock

The way clients judge consultants has changed.

Clients don't pay for the research. They pay for the person who already knows the answer, and for the business that follows.

Before the first meeting, do you already:

  • Know their market better than they do.
  • Know which competitor should worry them.
  • Have a view on what to do next.
  • Know what ChatGPT says when a buyer asks about them.

Haycion makes sure you do.

Two pillars

Two things every client pays for. One workspace.

The intelligence wins the pitch. The agent earns the retainer. Both come from one URL.

Know first

The intelligence workspace.

A week of desk research, built in hours from public data. Every score can be inspected and overridden.

  • 360° snapshot: profile, ICPs, segments sized by TAM.
  • Strength Matrix: ranked competitors, SWOT, battlecards.
  • Opportunity Graph: where their strengths meet a competitor's weakness.
  • Daily brief: what moved in their market overnight.

Be found first

The client's agent.

Buyers ask AI who to consider before they open a website. The agent makes sure the answer includes your client.

  • Set up in minutes from the workspace you already built.
  • Guardrails you and the client agree: what it says, what it shares, where it appears.
  • Visibility checks: is the client recommended, and who wins instead.
  • A monthly report you send under your name.

The platform

Everything a consultant needs. In one workspace.

What one workspace does over the life of an engagement.

Before the pitch

Build the whole picture from one URL.

Example
"Here's the company profile, three ICPs ranked by priority, and four segments sized by TAM. Two of those personas their own team has never mentioned."

Point Haycion at a prospect's site. It builds the profile, ICPs with priority scores, a read of their products and messaging, and segments sized by TAM. You walk in knowing more than their own team.

Build a workspace
In the engagement

Rank every competitor. Show the reasoning.

Example
"Twelve competitors found and scored on the Strength Matrix. Here's the SWOT on the two that matter, and a battlecard for each persona their sales team meets. Disagree with a score? Override it."

Competitors found and ranked, a SWOT for each, and scoring you can see and override. Battlecards per persona write themselves, so the deliverable is ready before kickoff.

When the client needs a move

Find the opportunity nobody has priced.

Example
"Competitors are weak on onboarding for mid-market ops teams. That's where your client is strong. Here's the playbook, and here's what a pivot would do to every persona and score before anyone commits."

The Opportunity Graph sizes each opening by how much leverage the client has there. One click turns it into a playbook. The Experiments sandbox models a pivot and shows what it would change, before it costs anything.

Explore the Opportunity Graph
Every morning after

Keep the client. Keep them informed.

Example
"Daily brief: one competitor cut pricing, one announced a partnership, and a persona you flagged just shifted. Here's what I'd tell the client today."

An agent trained on the whole workspace watches the market and writes the daily brief. Ask it anything from the sidebar. Give the client access and the project becomes a retainer.

Get started
Every month after

Bring the client business. Prove it.

Example
"This month buyers asked Claude and ChatGPT about your client's space 47 times. Your client was recommended in 31, up from 19. Here's who won the other 16, and the two changes I'd make before next month."

Set up the client's agent from the same workspace. It represents them wherever buyers ask AI for recommendations, within guardrails you and the client agree. Each month it hands you the report you send under your name.

Win more. Earn more. Stay indispensable.

The advantage compounds with every engagement.

  • Win the pitch. Walk in better informed than anyone in the room.
  • Bring them business. Their agent gets them recommended when buyers ask AI. You send the report that proves it.
  • Stay indispensable. Intelligence you curate, that clients can't get anywhere else.
  • Earn monthly. Clients pay for the workspace you curate and the agent you maintain.
  • Move faster. Days of research done in hours.

You bring the judgment. Haycion does the gathering.

Who uses Haycion

The most informed consultant in every room.

"

Before Haycion, I was spending hours manually piecing together competitive analysis. Now I enter a URL and have a complete SWOT, ranked competitors, and battlecards before the client's morning standup.

The Opportunity Graph is unlike anything I've used. It doesn't just show me where competitors are weak. It shows me exactly which weaknesses map to my client's strengths and which personas to target first.

"

The Experiments sandbox changed how I work with clients. I can model a full positioning pivot and show them the downstream impact on personas and competitive standing before we commit to anything.

Questions consultants ask

What is Haycion?

A competitive intelligence workspace for consultants. Enter a client's URL and Haycion builds their profile, ICPs, ranked competitors with SWOT, an Opportunity Graph, battlecards and a daily brief. From the same workspace you set up the client's agent, so buyers asking AI assistants hear about them.

Who is it for?

GTM consultants, fractional CMOs and CROs, strategy advisors and B2B agencies who run several clients at once and can't afford to be second-best informed in the room.

What does a client's agent actually do?

It gives AI assistants an accurate picture of the client: what they do, who they serve, why they're different. Then it checks whether the assistants recommend the client when buyers ask, notes who wins instead, and reports to you every month.

Who controls what the agent says?

You and the client. You set the guardrails up front: what it can say, what it can share, where it can represent them. Nothing is published until you publish it.

How is a workspace different from doing the research myself?

Same research, in hours instead of days, from public data only, with scoring you can inspect and override. You keep the judgment. Haycion does the gathering.

Can my clients see the workspace?

Yes, when you choose to share it. That's how many consultants turn a project into a retainer: the client gets ongoing access to the workspace you curate and the report their agent produces.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources only: the client's site, competitors' sites, and the open web. Nothing from inside the client, so the picture is free of internal bias.

What does it cost?

Free to start. Paid plans add more client workspaces, private battlecards, monitoring and client access.

Know first. Be found first. Type a client's domain to begin.

Walk in knowing more. Walk out with their buyers already hearing about them.
