The apex of intelligence, for the consultant in the room.

Haycion is a competitive intelligence and go-to-market workspace for consultants. It builds the client's baseline and gap analysis, benchmarks their competitors, sizes their market opportunities, turns findings into positioning recommendations and playbooks, produces client-ready reports, and makes sure AI assistants recommend them.

Mission

Consultants are paid for judgment, and judgment needs evidence. Haycion exists so that a consultant walks into every client meeting already knowing the client's business, their market, their competitors and what an AI assistant says about them, without spending a week on desk research first. We gather. You decide.

Who Haycion serves

Go-to-market consultants, fractional CMOs and CROs, strategy advisors and B2B agencies who run several clients at once. Each of them needs the same things for every client: a company baseline, a competitive benchmark, a view of the market opportunity, a set of positioning recommendations, and a deliverable the client can act on. Haycion produces all of them from public data, in one isolated workspace per client.

What it does

Gap and company analysis. From a URL or a written brief, the workspace builds a 360° company baseline: profile, products with feature importance, ideal customer profiles and personas with a priority score, value propositions with their gaps named, SWOT and case studies. Rebuild it later and it tells you what changed.

Competitive benchmarking. Competitors are found, then scored against the client on a weighted strength matrix: value-proposition categories with weights you set, a 1 to 10 score per category with a written justification, top strengths and top weaknesses, overlap on four dimensions, and battlecards per competitor and persona. Every score is visible and can be overridden.

Market opportunity analysis. Segments are sized with a market size, growth rate, methodology and citations, rolled up to a total addressable market. Segment fit is scored per competitor. The Opportunity Graph ranks each opening by the client's leverage there and names the weakness exploited, the strength used, the segment, the persona and the risk. A requirements brief runs a vendor comparison with weighted criteria, with the client scored alongside the field.

Actionable positioning recommendations. An advisor reviews the workspace and reports findings in seven areas, including messaging. One click turns a finding into action items grouped by owner. Value propositions are written per persona with benefits and proof points, recommendations are queued by priority with effort estimates, and a sandbox models a positioning pivot before anyone commits.

Reporting and deliverables. Client-ready reports from a report builder with 18 section types, draft and publish, export to PDF and Word, the public profile served as Markdown for AI assistants, a daily brief and an AI visibility report you run every month. Exportable deliverables, under your name.

AI visibility and generative engine optimization (GEO). A 16-signal discoverability audit scored 0 to 100, AI citation checks with the questions buyers actually ask, in ChatGPT and Claude, a competitor visibility comparison, and ready-to-install fixes. Each client gets an agent that represents them to AI assistants, within guardrails you and the client agree.

Multi-client isolation and collaboration. One isolated workspace per client, with data segregation, its own access controls, role-based access for administrators, team members and a dedicated Client role, and a Client View that shows the client exactly what you switch on. Invite your team, invite the client, keep every client apart.

Data sources and integrations. A URL crawl, a written brief, document uploads in PDF, Word, PowerPoint and HTML, live web and news search, a read-only profile API and an MCP server for AI assistants. CRM connections are in early access.

How it works with client data

Public data only. Nothing from inside the client. The workspace reads the client's site, their competitors' sites and the open web, so the picture is free of internal bias and safe to share. Anything you upload stays in that client's workspace. Nothing about a client is published until you publish it, and publishing requires the client's domain to be verified first. Every score and finding shows its reasoning, and you can override any of it. The security page lists the controls in full.
